When there's more to sort through — this is the space for it. This extended follow-up is for complex or evolving cases, in-depth lab reviews, or when you have a long list of questions and need time to think them through with your doctor. We organize the conversation, uncover new layers, and make sure your care plan reflects the full picture — not just your symptoms, but your goals, your biology, and what’s changing over time. These sessions are ideal for autoimmune or chronic conditions, hormone transitions, mental health, recovery from burnout or illness, or simply when we need more space to connect the dots and build a clear, grounded plan forward. Payment is due at time of service. A superbill will be provided upon request for submission to insurance.
