This visit is designed for focused, actionable care — whether we're reviewing specific lab results, refining your supplement or medication plan, addressing an acute concern, or mapping out next steps. It’s also ideal for staying connected between larger treatment phases. Though the format is streamlined, the thinking behind it is anything but. Each session is guided by the same level of preparation, clinical insight, and whole-person focus that defines all care at Blue Mountain Integrative Medical Clinic. Payment is due at time of service. A superbill will be provided upon request for submission to insurance.
